Paradise Classic Cruisers Car Club of New Milford, CT - TBD The Paradise Classic Cruisers Car Club will be visiting the Land of Nod winery in July (date to be determined). The cars are fantastic and almost as good as the folks driving them! We would like to welcome them and are looking forward to admiring their beautiful cars and meeting their owners.

| Annual Beckley Furnace River Walk - TBD Location: 9:30 AM East Canaan Congregational Church located at the corner of Route 44 and Lower Road in East Canaan, CT
A talk will be held at the church, then a walk or drive to the Beckley Furnace for a tour of the area by experts. Reggie Deiarm will make a pot on her 1850 potter's wheel, and a blacksmith making nails. Then down river past the Forbes Dam and a raceway to the site of a bridge, blowing engine, grist mill and two blast furnaces.
After a short talk, continue to the Land of Nod Winery for wine, hot dogs & more fun conversation.
Want more? Continue on Route 44 to Lime Rock past Ore Hill. Take a left on Rt 112 past the race course to south on Rt 7 thru Kent to the mining museum near the remains of the Kent furnace.
